Reporting an error in the award letter results

If something looks unusual or unexpected, students can let us know and we will take a second look.

  • Click on the “Report an Error” button on the college profile screen, or from the “View Award Letter” screen.
  • From there, you can see a dropdown list of potential errors to choose from, and a text field where you can provide details of your question. We will get back to you within one to two business days with our response.
