Archive a list

  • Advisors can archive any personal list or any organization list that they manage. Organization admins can archive any organization list whether they manage it or not.
  • Select the list you want to archive, then select the “Archive List'' button in the upper right corner of that list view. 
  • To retrieve a list from the archive, click “Archived Lists” in the left navigation bar. Select the check box next to the list name that you would like to unarchive and click the “Unarchive List” button on the right top corner.
  • You can only archive lists from the “My Lists” section or the org lists that you manage.
  • If you archive a student list, you do not lose access to any records for those students. The students from the archived list will still appear in the All Student view.
