Advisors and admins can message one or more students from any list or from the All Students section.
- Select the students you want to message by clicking on the checkbox next to their name, or selecting the checkbox next to the “Name” header, or by selecting “Select Whole List” for 30 or more students.
- Click the Action button in the top right corner of the screen and select “Message Student(-s)” from the drop-down menu.
- Write your message and click the “Send” button.
Messages can be in plain text, bold, italics, or lists. You can add links to DecidED Guides and other helpful information by clicking on the link icon from the “Send Notification” window.
The message will be sent to the student’s email that corresponds to their DecidED account. It will also appear in their notifications the next time they log in to DecidED.
