Each DecidED account is connected to a unique email address. You cannot create a duplicate account with the same email address. We recommend you first check if you already have an account by trying to log in with an email and password OR trying Google Single Sign On.
- If after trying to enter an email and password, you get a message that says “wrong email or password”, try logging in with Google Single Sign On.
- If you haven’t signed up with Google Single Sign On before using that email, you’ll be prompted to create a new account.
- Otherwise, try to submit a forgotten password request for that email address.
- If you don’t receive an email from us within an hour of submitting a forgotten password request, then you will need to create a new account.
